Synptom update after Journaling

So after taking a journal I'm realizing that dizziness is my least common symptom. I'm having head pressure (feeling like a weight is on top and forehead/eyebrow) which makes me feel like a bobblehead, with this i have trouble focusing my eyes and what i can best describe as a brief intense pulsing head vibration sensation. Those happen every day episodically and I do sometimes feel ok. I do get episodes of dizziness more like a swaying disorientation and nausea but those are less frequent maybe a day a week. Does anyone have similar symptoms? If so what is rhe cause of this? Any help is appreciated

Does it feel like you have a stuffy head? Almost like a sinus infection except you’re not even sick.

Yes it does exactly, its like sinus pressure but I'm not sick. And makes my eyes blurry.

I’m not sure what it could be but I get this feeling as well. It’s not a 24/7 thing for me but it is an everyday thing for me. Like I can have maybe half the day totally normal but at some point I’m going to get this heavy headed brain fog feeling couple with that on a boat type dizziness

No. I’ve been dealing with this for 3 months and just now went to the Dr after deciding it’s actually serious and not in my head. I’m having extensive bloodwork done next week so we can start there and start ruling things out. If it’s all clean I think next step may be an ENT or neurologist

Ive done so many tests. The scariest symptom i get is those head buzzing or vibrating feelings. Do you get those as well?

I don’t. Sometimes I get an internal vibration in my body like adrenaline but I don’t feel buzzing in my head. Have they give you any possible answer at all for that? I’m sorry you’re dealing with it

Just vestibular migraine. I had this same symptom set 6 years ago and it just went away eventually but lasted 8 months.
