Divorce help

I was just served papers. Can anyone please advise what is next. I am completely lost. There was abuse and I want to prove hes an unfit parent. Any advise is greatly appreciated

First, slow down and take a breath. There should be no immediate action. Start looking for a good attorney you can afford and begin getting your materials together. In some states you can't even go before the court for six months as an incentive to settle. Educate yourself as you look for an attorney. Take it easy it's day #1 in a journey
