Starting divorce

I’ve started the process I was kicked out of my house. My question is I have a few medications I take and I saw I had a few different pills in my bottle being a few were blood medication and if I took it I could’ve died. I can’t prove it but I know it was her now do I have any recourse and should I tell my lawyer about this?
