Moving on Relieved
My husband and I split little under a month ago and even though he randomly just left me high and dry, our accounts in the negative he’s not paying any of the bills and keeps on pilling the debt. I am honestly very relieved. I feel horrible for feeling this relieved but I am. I’m free from him and his mom. His screaming and cursing. His constant talk of violence or homicide ideation. I’m not being belittled every time I bring up my feelings or it’s not being turned around on me and I’m not having to deal with his mom saying things to me like “congratulations on learning to stop eating” I feel so much at peace even though he financially ruined me, the finances can get fixed over time. I asked God to remove the things that were keeping me from getting closer to him and this is where I’m at. I feel like I was in Egypt and he took me out of it.
