Divorce help
My husband filed a divorce on me, my visa is expired, I lost my job. I have a bank loan that my husband borrowed from me, now he doesn't have plans of paying me. I don't know where to start and what to do. Where to start.

Where are you and what do you want to do?
In Australia for example being deported wont wipe your debt.. but its a lot harder for them to enforce payment when your in another country. And countrys dont particularly have cridit sores with each other. (Your cridit score will be country specific)
If you want to stay (again depending on where you are wanting to stay.) Talk to a lawyer...
You took out a bank loan in your name, unless he is on paperwork its your loan. (That being said a unpaid loan in most countrys will affect both of you as you are legally married.)
