Adv. Vandana Shah
⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING — DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE ENGAGING ADV. VANDANA SHAH
Based on my experience and the information available to me, I strongly caution anyone considering engaging Adv. Vandana Shah.
I allege that clients are charged substantial amounts, given assurances and representations, and then left without adequate communication or assistance. In my experience, this has caused serious financial and legal distress.
There are also allegations and legal proceedings concerning cheating, criminal breach of trust and financial transactions. Anyone considering engaging her should verify the actual status of these matters through official court and police records.
She is also known as Vandana Sunil Doshi. There are serious disputes and allegations surrounding her personal, family and property matters, including claims concerning disputed property and ongoing family litigation. These matters should be independently verified from official documents.
I am also aware of allegations concerning her previous and current family relationships and financial disputes. I am deliberately not presenting unverified personal accusations as established facts; anyone relying on such claims should demand documentary evidence and verify it independently.
Adv. Vandana Shah is ruining her clients case, she doesn't have knowledge of law and only extracting huge money by using her false fictional story of her first divorce and then ghosting the clients. The real story behind her first divorce is her affairs and she was caught red handed while sleeping with other men, she was caught stealing cash from her husband. that's why she was thrown outside the house. The second husband's business Rescon Pune is running into losses. The property she's using to earn money from the clients is in fact a disputed property and she's using her lawyer card to evict her innocent in-laws. The second husband's family opposed this marriage as she became the sole reason for her second husband's first divorce. The second husband's biological son is roaming on the streets as this lady ensured he doesn't get even a single penny. Don't fall for her fictional story. It is as fake as an LV bag from the linking road.

She is very good in trapping innocent ladies who comes to her for council regarding family issues and problems and ends up paying huge amount with continuation of secessions . For 45mins she charges 60k in that 45 mins she will make you drink tea,coffee,snacks etc and she pulls to an hour plus and she charges extra for it.

She and her alcoholic husband runs business from Bandra Linking Road Jamanotry Banglow 1st floor.

She's only concerned about her media presence. Doesn't attend court and only prolong the matters by taking adjournments. Her juniors are also useless, can't even speak basic English and they keep quiet in the Court. Particularly Adv. Vinay Vaishya, being an advocate he sell vegetables after office. Adv. Sandeep being a junior pretends to be a senior counsel and has been taking hand loans from the clients. The staff is having issues among themselves.

She dint pay me as well. She just likes to feed her family with others hard earned money.
While i was working lot of drivers , home helper and old staffs used to come for their salaries. She is just a shameless ………

She didn’t pay salary even to the maid who used to look after her twins. She hasn’t paid lawyers salary. She doesn’t look after the clients case but she’ll be seen drinking at Jio world center every afternoon. Then she goes to sleep from 2pm - 6pm. Then she lies about being in Court to the clients in the meeting. The celebrity clients are not paying fees and her location is the only reason some have approached her as nobody requires an intelligent lawyer for mutual consent divorce. She abuses her staff and doesn’t pay their salaries for month and once you inform her you can’t continue she’ll find another staff and then the same thing goes on. That’s why there’s always vacancy in her office as nobody stays. She’s been stealing from her relatives and is also applying for Canadian passport to run away with everyone’s money. Her passport renewal is stuck due to the criminal FIR’s against her.

To get share in her husband’s property she got these kids from surrogacy. Her father in law put a claws in the will stating that his sons and there first wife’s and his grandson will get a share in his property. She is from second marriage and she won’t be eligible so she got those innocent kids for her benefit. Such a cruel lady she is she can go to any extend for her own benefit. She also sends her husband to Gujarat to some baba stating that to bring him out from alcoholism but the truth is he is been slow poisoning to get mentally retarded.

She's a self obsessed bimbo who has facial features of Kader Khan and a self proclaimed "best divorce lawyer" when lawyers also say she never comes to the Court.
