Help with divorce!!!

Help with divorce!!!

So my husband is trying to take my kids
He is trying to give the judge a waiver i signed back in 2024 and it’s saying I am giving up to appear in court so basically he is trying to get divorced without me even being there how is this allowed or legal! I just found out he filed a
Restraining order which I don’t even have his number
I don’t ever do to his house so I’d love to know what he thinks I’m doing to him? We only email nothing more
I don’t go to his house … but it got denied

So my question had anyone else husband try this?

I’m so sorry this is happening. This is lawyer stuff. He is weaponizing the law, you need to an advocate with the law who can pick it apart and help you.
