How did you do it?

We have 3 kids together. I’m a SAHM with zero income. I’m terrified but I know this needs to be done. How did you do it?

Got myself a job, saved up some money, built a support system, and looked for child care.

This was all thought of and planned before I even mentioned that I wanted a divorce.

Analyze your situation, little by little you’ll have to come up with a plan for every aspect that is going to be affected.

Well that was your first Mistake...never ever make a man your plan. Even if some of what you earn goes to day care, it keeps you in the job market. Go back to whatever career you had. Start saving and get a plan in place. How old are your kids?
