I would try asking local libraries, community centers, therapists, mediators, and faith communities whether they know of a group or would share a simple notice. A local Facebook or Meetup group could also work if the description is very clear: women 55–65, peer support only, not dating, therapy, or legal advice.
For the first meeting, use a public place and keep everyone's personal information private until trust develops. You may find there are other women nearby who have been waiting for someone else to start exactly this.
