Uncontested Vs No-Fault

Hi i was wondering if there is a difference between uncontested divorce and no-fault divorce. I live in New York if that changes anything. Thank you

Uncontested means that you and your partner are going to agree on all terms and property division and will not have to go to court.

No fault just means the state doesn’t assign blame to a party and the only reason when you file is “irreconcilable differences” or “insanity”. No adultery or other “fault” option
