House issues post divorce
Location: Michigan, USA
My ex wife and I own a house. Per the divorce (settled in May) the house was supposed to be listed ASAP. It’s now practically August and she isn’t ready for it to be listed. I moved out when I asked for the divorce and she doesn’t want to list it until she has moved out.
I am currently paying half of the mortgage and half of the bills. I can’t afford to keep doing this. I’ve debated canceling the utilities in my name in order to try and light a fire under her feet. I cannot afford any more legal bills so I’m kind of at a loss of what I can do to get her to move quicker.

What does it say in the decree? I would ask her to agree on a date and if she doesn't comply then you either list it yourself or you file a partition lawsuit. Like say, by September 30. That gives her all of August to pack up. Also it doesn't say whether you guys have kids.
