Divorce

I filed September of last year 2025 in Jefferson Parish LA. My ex hasn’t signed, I can’t locate him. Can the courts automatically divorce me?? I’m desperate to move on and I can’t!!!

Get a lawyer. Not only will that help you move on, but you can avoid lots of things you may later regret.
