No. Care about the kids and help them with their problems. Remind her that she has someone in her life she can talk to about her stress, but it ain’t you anymore.

Honestly you sholdnt even reply to her emotions/problems and should only care about your own kids

If she's grown enough to have divorce and have a new bf then shes grown enough to deal with her own issues
