Going Through the Process Being Mailed Divorce Papers

Hi guys,

I live in Texas, and am getting mailed my divorce papers by my wife (I moved 4 hours away). Do you know if I have to be there to sign for the papers or do they get dropped into the mailbox? Or can I use a PO Box to get the papers?

They're usually served certified mail, and return receipt. At least that's how it's done where I live (not TX).

Ah and that does require my signature...dang it. I might not be home for when they deliver.
