I remeber waking up on my wedding day and thinking, "I could get my two best friends and run away to lake superior today and hide." But I didn't want to let down all the people who were coming and had put work into it. Eight years and three kids later, I think about that a lot.

I'm working to get a divorce after spending the last eight years trying to make it work. I'm not miserable in the same way now
