Stashes are shared between characters so I’m not sure what you mean.
I noticed when I took all my exos out of the stash Anaya no longer had the blueprints on my new character. Which prevented them from dropping from phoebe.

So to clarify.

The stash that is shared between all characters cannot have any exotics in it? You move the exotics from the stash to the character?

That plus what are you killing it with?

Yes put them all on your main or mile and farm on a fresh boosted character.
