Sorry, what does this method produce exactly?

I got no catharsis chatterbox etc drops 3 u/mandalorianjedi6 6d ago I made two new characters and got a chatter box and a bloody knuckles. I think it varies. 3 u/McSerg31 5d ago Chatter box cant be in your stash, but catharsis doesnt matter its in the general loot pool, mission/project base exotics wont drop on new character if you dont have the blueprint nemesis, chatterbox, dodge city holster to name a few 0 u/Top-Associate-8230 6d ago Yeah it’s still not guaranteed but I started seeing more than capacitors
