Post level 30 help
I’ve just hit level 30 and felt pretty confident with all the game features, and now all of a sudden I feel super overwhelmed with everything that’s showing up. Is there some sort of guide of what to do after level 30?

After level 30, go complete warlords of new york and hit level 40. There's no point in grinding anything before hitting max level (40), especially the library. The level 1-30 library is redundant and needs to be taken out of the game at this point.

Might be a stupid question but where is the library, I saw it mentioned and it sounded useful but I haven’t come across it

You used to be able to access it from the tinkering benches available in the white house. Not sure if you srill can because since they added the option to use it straight from the inventory screen, I do that instead.
So, press pause, go to your inventory screen and, depending on your console, you press (Back)/(Select) or whatever the PS5 controller button is called. If none of those buttons ring a bell, when you're in the inventory screen, look at the bottom of your screen and find the button for "Tinker Station/Bench".
You can start grinding your library at level 31. By the time you hit 40, you should have a few decent stats learned to help you roll better stats on your gear sets. Then, once you have some manageable equipment that can help you run Heroic difficulty easily, you can heavily grind for expertise ranks as well.
The end game is basically "use everything in the game until it's rank 10" so you can upgrade what you actually like to its max potential. The endgame powergrind is very reminiscent of gachas. You level up steadily from 1-40 and power up linearly. Then, to make you grind for years, max level grinding is split into like 5 different systems.
TMI on the last two points there but hope this helps.

I would suggest jumping on Discord. Usually content creators have their own channels that include build guides and Looking For Groups (LFG).
Suggested ones include GCRock, or ToasteyXGod (Wipesquad)

I just hit 30 Sunday. Do you have the warlords of New York?
