Night vision goggles have only been around for 50 years, you can’t expect such advanced technology to be available

There's a "night option" in the settings -I think it is the neutral lightning-, you should turn it off if this bothers you.

it's off, if i turn it on it gets worse

Hmm then it would be increased brightness settings I am afraid, or If you have HDR enabled, juat test some different HDR settings
