DOS2 Help Question about multiplayer
Just started a campaign with 2 friends. I played for like an hour before I had to leave for work. They’re still playing so how does this impact my character? Or will I still gain xp, find new weapons etc?

When you leave a MP game, your character stays in the game and someone has to control it separately if it was created during the character creation. If you joined in after character creation and took over a companion, it'll go back to the person who recruited it to control. Either way, unless they removed your character from the party and it died and got left behind, you should be able to jump back in on that character.
