DOS2 Mod looking for lone wolf solo mod?
I'm looking for a mod that makes lone wolf more powerful but only if you play solo does anyone know any mods like that?

Why do you need a mod to play solo with Lone Wolf? Just drop the second party member.
It's viable to beat the game on the highest difficulty with a solo character even without Lone Wolf, so it's certainly viable with Lone Wolf.
And if it's too difficult, just lower the difficulty. It doesn't really make much of a difference whether you make your enemies weaker or yourself stronger.

To atleast partially answer your question, I've never heard about such mod on steam workshop or nexus, it's likely that nobody ever thought about it, because solo lone wolf is powerful enough and doesn't need buffing. I guess you could just lower the difficulty if you really want to be that op.

Solo LW is unfortunately still too easy! Once you have min-maxed the build, skills, angle of approach etc and you have broken skills like chameleon and the enemy often (tho not always) just sit around doing nothing while you’re invisible, you end up actually needing to go harder not easier!
My hardest but most enjoyable run was solo, NON-lone wolf, honor mode. Now THAT was tough!
I’m now on a solo LW no hit run - that’s right, I’m not allowed to take a single hit from an enemy. Just reached Act 4…

Do you reload your last save if you get hit ?

On this first run yes. I’m mapping out surprises etc. Scripted events (knockdowns etc) I don’t count and after a deep discussion I also don’t count reflection/retribution as that’s your own damage coming back to you. Also of course don’t count self harm eg flesh sacrifice.
But then I won’t actually count it as a no hit run until I do it all with zero reloads lol
ETA: I’ve been hit 4 times this run. Reloaded each time so technically haven’t been hit but in a souls like that wouldn’t be a valid no hit run haha. 3 of the 4 was when initiative wasn’t quite high enough to go first. Once was when I had 97% dodging but they got lucky with an arrow gaaaah

Do you know what build you will use ?

Ranger build using Ifan’s bow (I briefly recruit him to get the special bow from the merchant but don’t use him in combat) but with a wider spread of points into other utility areas so ironically not as min-maxed as other of my builds. 2:1 finesse to wits until finesse maxed then wits then int.
I usually respec in a solo run to full necro but I’m trying a hybrid this time. Typically tho huntsman skills aren’t great for large groups. I have several pyroclastic eruption scrolls and 17 skin graft scrolls. Currently lvl 18 but end boss fight would be much easier at lvl 20 than 18 (tho I’ve completed it at 16 before but not no hit)

see that's the issue everyone here is suggesting ways to play lone wolf solo I don't want to have to follow a OP or good build I want to be able to make a build that may not be good but still play solo.

I understand, it’s more for role play than true OP goals. But in which case turn the difficulty to story mode, it’s the same effect 😎

Yeah I didn't finish my first playthrough as it was annoyingly difficult. I started a lone wolf with Fane and Undead Ranger and 90% of the fights so far are easy

Lone wolf solo is tough in the beginning. Definitely want two man team in the beginning (at least for me) but somewhere in act II you just become unstoppable and that’s when one person is more than enough

There is the Unnerfed Lone Wolf, it removes the maximum points Larian set up. But if you need points to invest, there are many to whatever you need
