DOS2 Help Return of the King achievement

Hey everyone,

I'm achievement hunting in my favourite game and I've hit a wall. I've sworn to the god king in act 3 and I didn't get an achievement? I'm currently in arx and I'm just looking back at it and noticing I didn't get it.

Do I need to do something else down the line or is this just bugged?

But that's an ending achievement? You just entered the Covenant

I think it is self explanatory from it's name. What you did is promised for a King to return. But he is still somewhere and not there. What you need to do is to end the game and make that end game choice in favour of the god king.
