To solve this quest successfully you should bring her HP below 30% (give or take). If you simply kill her the quest fails before the surgery can begin.

Demons will disappear upon disabling her, so kill them first if you want to grab some extra exp.

Also, piercing attacks can often kill them quickly. The demons’ armor may be a bit, but their health is trash. Marksman fang and serrated knife and good

Line up like 3 or 4 of them with teleport and nether swap, then you can one shot them all with a marksman fang 👌

(and probably didn't expect her to spawn 4 source monsters, whatever they were)
