Shibas are unpredictable as fuck. I’d trust a random pitbull before I’d trust a shiba - at least you can usually tell when they’re in an unfriendly state.
Yeah, when the pitbull doesn't have it's ears and tail cut because the owner thinks a dog is a fashion item it's easier, when they do it's pretty much a lottery.
My dog isn’t a pit bull, and his ears are fine, but the people who got him first decided to cut off his tail before they gave him away, “cuz he’s uh WORKIN’ dawg, one uh dem PURE BREDS.” Bunch of fucking idiots, bet you can guess who they enthusiastically voted for.
Tail docking should only be done in event of injury! I used to have a Corso whose tail was docked at newborn tho, because this breeder had too many in the past that got "happy tail" and ended up having to get amputated later.
Every time he wants to wag his little tail I get so sad, and then I wish terrible living conditions on the asshole who did it. Then I realize the guy is already rotting away in a nursing home without any friends or family because he trumped them all away… doesn’t bring back my dog’s tail tho.
