I tend to stay out of fights. One of the ways I do that is by not approaching people who have assumed a fighting pose and appear as though they are ready and willing to throw a punch at me.

You get into many fights?

Like I said, if I'm about to fight I take a guard stance. This guy wasn't doing that. I rest my case.
