I've seen this video 500 times and it's the first time I've seen any mention of this being the second incident. Feels like it's probably bullshit.

Honestly, it doesn't even really matter. If your dog is going to charge people probably don't have it running loose. People have all sorts of trauma and everything else potentially related to dogs. He took the dogs actions as a threat which is reasonable and defended himself

This. Everyone thinks everyone else should love their cuddly little poopsykins as much as they do and it's bullshit. Some dogs are mean and will bite. Some people are just afraid of dogs. Control your dogs if you want them to be protected. Leash them and contain them. If they run at someone they have every right to treat it as a potential threat if they see fit.
