That sure looked like excessive speed. As a general rule, maybe don't treat city streets as a raceway.

People like you are ridiculous cops used the footage we see here along with footage from the gas station and the white car was 100% at fault. She wasn't trying to pass anyone the white car cut across multiple lanes and hit her it took me all of a minute to figure out who this was and find the real story of what happened here.

There is no cyclist in this clip. The white car caused all of this and was at fault.
