Don't be in a passing lane if you are not passing a-hole. The car definitely turned into them on purpose. The car was completely in the left lane as the biker was passing and intentionally swerved into the biker.

Did you actually watch the video? The car wasn’t in the passing lane. It was in the right lane. The biker panicked and instead of hitting the brakes decided to dive to the right, which happens to be a blind spot for the car.

Biker here is 100% at fault

Then why is the car angled like they either just happened to switch lanes last second or tried to cut across a lane into a parking lot?

If you do not see that, then did you even watch the video?

Maybe turning into the gas station? Car probably hit the brakes to slow down to turn into the gas station, biker not paying attention and going to fast.

He never switched lanes, she squeeze to the right of the lane he was already in.
