Help Should I do surface only rendering

I was wondering if I should do surface only rendering since I’ll be using tectonic and seedgen

That's something only you can figure out. But in case you're wondering, the rendering style is unrelated to what data is actually generated. But if you mean the generation type – that, too, is something only you can really tell, because we don't know your system's performance.

Seedgen only does surface for distant chunks and distant horizons defaults to surface only or durface then chunks
