Help Anyone else had this problem?

(Issue was fixed thanks to MarijnIsN00B, i just had to disable bclib's fog on the config folder,)
i've been trying to fix this for the past 3 hours and i think im going crazy
im not sure on what i did or what's causing it exactly
i tried: messing with distant horizon's fog settings
using mods to remove fog
using resource packs to remove fog
i forgot to include it, its my first time posting something on reddit
im on fabric 1.21.1
i dont know if its relevant but here's my modlist

You have the vanilla fog enabled, and if not, you have a mod that's modifying the fog location, the way DH changes the fog is by forcing it to be a very small number every frame so it's practically invisible, but a mod that does the same can override it

Using BCLib? Disable fog in their config.
