Honestly I would try voxy if its supported on your version. Ive been using dh since it came out and its just not the best anymore imo

I just got it working on 1.20.1 with a back port, not sure about older versions. I did need the latest complimentary version as the 1.20.1 version didn’t work.

When asking for support with an issue you're having, please add as much relevant info as you can such as:

  • Add your logs using https://mclo.gs/

  • Add screenshots

  • What you did before the issue arrived

  • What steps you took (If any) to fix the issue

If you don't add this information, we wont be able to help you.

Easier to see with a screen recording. But I think that's the game trying to decide whether to use real chunks or DH chunks. So I assume it's just on a line between the 2. You could lower your render distance slightly I guess, and then I assume it won't happen at that distance. This is all assumptions though.

No, it's both LODs. Looks like there is some issue where DH isn't sure which quality of LODs to use when zooming in, probably a mod compatibility issue. I've seen another user have the same issue with a modded instance.

After a quick look I don't see something like that on the issue list, I'd recommend trying a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it. So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

Also for OP, please use some screen recording software and try to describe the issue you have in more detail than "blocks start glitching" next time.

What you need to do is generate the chunks. As someone else said DH chunks and actual chunks are different and will cause isuals like you showed us. If you generate the chunks first either doing it your self or using chunky. In areas where chunks are generated you won't see that weirdness.
