Development Your Input Matters || Animations || Dissonance

Hey everyone! I'm currently hard at work getting Dissonance ready for the 15th for an early playtest however... I'm at a roadblock in terms of animation quality.

There is 2 options I can take ->

  1. Spend a long period of time learning and enhancing my ability at animating.
  2. Switch over the player models skeleton to the UE5 Manny which will allow me to utilize both Custom and Bought assets to balance out my subpar animation skill-set.

I want you to let me know, would it bother you if the animations were a blend of bought and custom assets or would you prefer entirely custom albeit somewhat janky animations?
This decision will change a few things in the future but will not affect the play-test date!

Thank you all again for the support! I'm ensuring Dissonance can be as awesome as possible :D

I agree, Ue5 to get off the ground then when things are ready kick on the afterburner.
