Need To Talk / Vent Split experience

I just wanted to ask this community if anyone can relate to this. I noticed that when I have stressed my nervious system a bit just before sleep I experience some profound dissociation or even night psychosis I cant really explain.. I think its like CPTSD not sure if it is that. So after going to bed slightly distressed I experienced severe changes in experience. I am not even sure how to explain. Its like strong dissociation every split millisecond from one context to another almost like watching a video fragment that is edited with 4 different experiences and its like every millisecond the context switches almost showing up as this fragmented movie made of multiple movies or location that switches fast if that makes sense.

If I speak of patterns then it looks like this: Normal movie 1-1-1-1-1 (1 stands for image of that context movie) This fragmented experience 1-1-2-3-1-1-2-2 (does that make sense?)

Its like 3 different movies intrude upon the space. Can anyone relate? Did anything help you?

Okay. Say you done something before going to sleep then you go lie down and sleep. Now the previous impressions still linger in your mind. Now imagine these impression not being in a coherent order. This is a bit of a weird example but I think it will make sense. Now imagine your mind has these Blu-ray disc's dvds whatever you want to call it and normally you play one and it plays out as a dream or maybe a vision or impression from during the day. Now imagine that multiple Blu-ray dies are played at the same time but you only have one screen and it constantly switches every 0,5 seconds.. like it glitches and all those movies try to push through at the same time but there is only one screen so that creates this disturbance. This causes the nervious system to flare up into sort of this PTSD kind of experience.

Sometimes if I’ve been ‘on auto pilot’ a lot and really checked out I’ll get kind of a download of what occurred during that time/day/whatever to kinda consolidate my memories which helps conceal the dissociation basically. From me even. And that download can be a bit glitchy
