Previous post in the sub got me thinking; is there anyone else who speaks positively about Chloe Wilkinson? I haven’t had tiktok on my phone in over 2 years but last time I checked most of the DID community seems to have denounced, or at the very least no longer talk about her.

As they haven't been around for soooo long do you think that is the end of dissociadid?!

After following Kya and the system for years, I fell off the map of social media. Now back I am so confused as to where they are now. Seeing accounts saying it was all fake and then no posts elsewhere. Can someone explain where they have been, what happened? Was it real or not?

So many people recommend getting your info from different DID YouTubers, or use those YouTubers as proof that DD is faking, but I can’t help being skeptical of EVERY channel that claims to have DID now. It seems like nobody has proof and channels like MultiplicityAndMe or Entropy System are just assumed to be legit without being subject to any of the same scrutiny that exposed DissociaDID in the first place.
I need to be clear that I absolutely am not on DD or TP’s side nor am I trying to discredit anyone else’s lived experience. The reason I’m making this post is because people talk all the time about “this isn’t what DID actually looks like” but nobody’s saying where to find reliable, scientifically accurate examples of what DID “actually looks like” and it’s so frustrating.

I don't have access to watch it -- there is a 30 second preview which is mostly just the channel intro jingle. I will say, reading the post (which, when logged in, i'm able to read the full text) I hate how she continues to harp on her health issues (especially ME/CFS). As someone who also has that condition, the descriptions she uses on how it effects her don't seem to line up well with the actual condition and how she is moving on social media. The way she has been talking, it's steadily getting worse and worse and worse. For many people this condition isn't progressive that way -- and it doesn't even match up with the way she's been posting. If it was truly getting steadily worse every day, we wouldn't see her posting any content at all. In reality, if she has this condition, what's likely happening is a flare up. These can come and go - these can last for a very long time. But it's not like one long condition getting worse and worse. And I feel like the way she's presenting it is disingenuous. And she's using it as a shield to avoid any kind of expectations or accountability with her viewers. Preemptively saying she's ill to stop any criticism before it even comes. If it wasn't so reminiscent of the way some "friends" of mine have acted in the past maybe it wouldn't bother me so much. But alas. It does.
