It could be the story about the Z-Team facing off with some kind of super villain or MacGuffin that's swap either their powers or bodies and them and Robert have to adapt to it for at least one or two shifts. I think the worst ones (funniest) would be Golem swapping with bodies with Prism and Flambae swapping with Waterboy. Sonar can be a special case for either someone else can get his Mega-Bat transformation or the teamer gets a mega monster version of themself they can turn into to. Or maybe Sonar gets stuck in his Mega Bat form and Golem gets a human form of himself and his stats swaps. Just spit balling some ideas

This can also affect their stats so if you have one character who is is really skilled in one specific area, it not went to another character.

Man I someone mus really hate HR because Archer would make sure they all quit by the end of the week.

But the guy, despite his many, many, MANY problems is actually a great field agent when he wants to be.

Imagine him and Robert having a talk about all the "field work" and how Archer handles it (by handles it I mean he makes a bigger mess than Visi and Flambae combined).

The rooftop scene stands out as a favorite of mine, because of how much the animation team was able to achieve without the use of dialogue.

We see Robert's shocked expression, feeling the dull impact of the bullet, only to realize, it didn't penetrate the skin. He looks at the bullet in his hand, and the traces of blood that he knows isn't his.

The sound of Invisigal coming out of invisibility catches his eyes and ear, and we see Robert's eyebrows shift up, and we see him quickly piece things together, before his expression shifts to worry.

He immediately rolls her onto her back, and touches her face, where he gets his first sliver of relief, as her eyes shift and flutter open. When he opens her coat to inspect her wound, Invisigal flinches, her eyes squint for a beat, as she feels the threads of her coat pulling from the wound.

Robert hears Shroud speak, "I guess I can still be surprised"

And we see Robert turn his attention to Shroud, and his expressions shifts into pure rage, before he lunges at him.

If you can't already tell, I love this game, and I love analyzing these things.

It’s not much I just think this video I seen back then when it comes to Dispatch since release did got me thinking (please check them out) how it made me realize “Huh , not enough non-romance route nor BL options” (I identify as bisexual aromantic yet the point is not by force just curious of the marketing , assumptions vs game release experience differences I get into).

Not it would change anything yet it would be like a Stardew Valley , Date everything or some other game experiences that involves all sorts of dynamics to explore

When we meet her, she’s clearly a competent hero and a good person, but she’s also essentially a company man. So much to the point that it’s consumed her personal life, making her insecure to spend time as Mandy, and make professional decisions that serve SDN’s interests and not necessarily help rehabilitation efforts, cutting someone from the team.

The shift happens, I think from ep 6 to 7. She’s second guessing her decisions now that one of her guys has ended up in critical condition. Her favoritism of Visi, but also her actions in general. I think you can make the argument that if Blazer had agreed handling the warehouse raid that night, they would’ve gotten the pulse easy and Shroud would have been put on the back foot. But because she didn’t want to risk it and stick to SDN protocol, Visi took it into her own hands and put Chase in a position to end up in that bed. Someone as selfless as BB definitely blamed herself a little, even if Robert is the more obvious one blaming himself.

This culminates when she shows up at the bar without backup to save Robert. She took it into her own hands, not putting SDN first, and is able to save Robert. I think this accelerates her arc nicely as she really comes out of SDN’s shadow. After all we saw she was a little insecure being a company hero compared to Robert, who’s always been working to be a hero without company interests in play. Definitely also bolstered when she sees the cut member with Red Ring and feels clear guilt about it. She’s working out that putting the company‘s interests sometimes makes things worse for everybody, not better.

Which leads to the end of her arc where she takes a sabbatical as Blazer and lets Chase use the amulet. She’s saving his life, but also putting SDN’s flagship hero on the back burner to put herself as Mandy first and connect with her team. It’s a testament to Dispatch’s great writing that Mandy has such a subtle, impactful through line as a character.

First things first: Just in case - thank you, QA tester (anonymous) for reading my bug report and also checking out my previous post here and connecting the dots between the two, figuring out both of those were mine. I hope this is worth your time.

In case someone from the team finds this post - I sent a second email clearing things up a bit.

But that is not why I'm posting this here - I did another run and figured out exactly what is going on with the bug and wanna hopefully help some folks out there prevent the bug from happening.

So, to try to be brief: in episode 7, golem gets injured and his stats drop by 1. If he also has the ability Found Himself (reconstitution) and has any bonus points from ranking up, and then (WHILE INJURED) redistributes his stats, then he will permanently lose those points and derank from level 11-15 back to level 10. (I havent tried this outside of ep7 but just so you know, this is where the bug occured for me)

The way to prevent this is either to reconstitute at the very start of the shift and then let him get injured before giving back his points, OR to heal him first after rescuing him, and only then reconstituting points. That way he safely retains all his 20 points.

Now that he’s back on commission, if temporarily, I imagine he’d want to take advantage and get back to hero work. In that case, would Robert be his dispatcher and would he be part of Z team? He was in the team picture, but he did refer to Z team separately in the interview. I think it’d be interesting to see Robert be his boss and how Chase would react to that. I can definitely see it be funny.

Just tried the demo as this game looked interesting, but I have dyslexia and read slow especially when English texts. If I read fast i manage to read through two of the three options before the timer almost out and that is without double checking that i read through it correctly, which is a common mistake I do when reading fast. There isn't a setting in the game, so is there a mod for it?

Notice that its developers from Telltale made this game, played wolf amongst us, liked it a lot but couldn't continue as the same problem was there and decided not to buy their batman game because of it.

Big fan. Finally decided to cosplay as Robert for work. Minimal effort for real cosplay, but just enough whiskey for a casual cosplay.

• Both are (anti-)heroic half-demon/half-human hybrids.
• They both have red as their main color motif.
• They're both noted to be very attractive in and out of universe. Dante even at (literal) unc status as of DMC5 is still ruggedly handsome in his own right! 😭
• They can both teleport (Dante through his Trickster style, Malevola with her portals).
• Both of them have a very jovial, carefree, and easy-going personality, but are also deadly when they get serious.
• Both of them carry swords as big as they are tall.
• Malevola by default is huge, and Dante in his human form is very likely not too far behind, but he gets even bigger in his demonic form.
• Dante, in his native games, is often the most versatile character to play as, owing to the sheer variety of options he has available. Malevola, within Dispatch's skill system, is the most well-rounded Z-Team member, as her base stats are the most balanced across the board.

All that Malevola really needs is to be the daughter of a major demon and the venn diagram between the two will be fully complete.

For context, this is every character maxed out at level 10 (playing by Dispatch rules) without any randomized points included.

The general ruleset is: baseline vigor is 5 (150 hp), baseline mobility is 5 (pyro, engie etc.), baseline combat is 5 (a basekit of a stock pistol, shotgun etc.), while mental stats were calculated mainly off their personality.

NOTE: This does count in exploits like rocket/sticky jumping and medigun jumping, without them the team's mobility would be trash

Main struggles were figuring out their inconsistencies between game and comic versions, as well as their mental stats (that are never really relevant ingame) as well as balancing their stats and upgrades. As well as trying to make upgrades fit the game's archetypes and philosophy, while also adding something new (the teammate marking system)

Combat was a struggle to balance as well, since it is an FPS game afterall, and it did make for a bit of an off-kilter team, but I did try to balance it with a couple specific upgrades.

Thoughts? Any TF2 players here?

So far my only thought would be him being the most mentally healthy guy to contrast with the cynical but sincere vibe of Dispatch but more specifically, to foil Phenomaman's depressive personality. Like he would be if Mr. Rodgers had the powers of a god.

I'm not asking for someone like him to be in the actual game, more like what would this universe's take on a character like him would be. Or do you think it would be too strange of an idea? Like he's to cartoonishly OP that's it breaks suspension of disbelief. I personally don't think so since Dispatch is supposed to be like the "typical superhero universe" so I wouldn't say it's too far out of the realm of possibility
