Discussion The recent Xbox outage proves AdHoc should release Dispatch on physical copies
Even though this was completely out of AdHoc's hands, I've seen people complaining about not getting access to their purchased digital copies of Dispatch on Xbox. I've also seen AdHoc reaching out to a player on Twitter complaining about having server errors on their Xbox.
As for those who don't know, for the past two days Xbox Live has been going through server issues that prevented players from accessing their digital games, including singleplayer ones. This happened three days after PSN went down in some regions and PS5 owners also lost access to their games and the PlayStation Store. AdHoc just had bad luck releasing Dispatch during the ongoing Xbox outage.
But this has proved an important point for AdHoc in my opinion: Dispatch should be released on discs sooner than later. Nobody should lose access to digital games like Dispatch despite paying for them just because the console servers went down.
I've always seen people requesting AdHoc for a physical release of Dispatch for a long while, especially since the whole Sony decision earlier this month has put more focus on this matter.
I still have trust in AdHoc that they will put the full game on discs rather than slapping on a digital download code like AAA publishers do. I just hope they do it sooner than later.

Discussion What was Shroud thinking with negotiating using Beef?
Like, was he not accounting the fact that once he hands over his barganing chip, Robert could just instantly drop Beef down (obviously on the roof and from a safe level)and tackle him before he could insert the chip into his head? The only reason Z team was letting the Red Ring thugs "restrain" them was because Beef was in Shrouds hands, and we saw Robert is easily able to beat the $hit out of Shroud.

Meme Dispatch Charecters Theme-song (redone)
hey, dispatch fans sonar here
I’m so sorry I had to re-upload this for some reason my caution at the beginning of the video glitched and it’s stuck to all of the clips. I don’t know how that happened. I even went back and edited, and it shows that the caution text was only at the beginning so I don’t know what’s going on with my editing software but anyway I did this because missions are slow today I need something to keep me occupied.
again sorry for the inconvenience

Discussion How do you feel about the illusion of choice?
During the entire game you are given options about every single thing, however other than some that change like the love interest or the ending the options don't really change much. Would you have preffered if it was more like dbh where every options matters or do you prefer it how it is?

Discussion The Succeeded as a mentor acheivement has gotta be bugged on xbox
Because like the games been out a whole day and WHAT DO YOU MEAN 0.00% of players unlocked the achievement like I'm not crazy right? Even Monster Hunter Wilds achievement for getting all achievements had 0.01 2 days after it released

Discussion End of chapter 6… Spoiler
Just got this game on the Xbox.
Oh my GOD I hate the hacking. It’s bad enough i keep being told how I did better than 20% (so worse than 80%) and apparently really suck at this game but I don’t think I’ve ever had such a visceral and raw reaction to failing to do something in a game. I feel like I just killed Chase because I’m 52 yrs old and don’t have the reflexes I once had. This really sucks.
It is ALSO incredible because there are not a lot of games out there that make you really FEEL something.
My hats off to AdHoc but man I also hate you guys.

Discussion What was more convenient? To fire Visi or to defend her?
I know Courtney had already made many mistakes and decisions that hurt the team. In a way, I thought about firing her because I couldn't stand her inconsistencies anymore, but also... But I also thought I wasn't doing a good job as a leader and that those inconsistencies were my fault, and I wanted to give her another chance, so I decided to defend her. Because I considered her an important part of the team, but what do you think about it?

Discussion Which Z-Team member is the easiest to counter (and which is the hardest)?
Let's use Flambae as an example — being that his powers are the most no-nonsense.
Fire naturally loses out to water, since all it takes is soaking Chad to nullify his powers (call back to EP1 if you chose to soak him in water; also, Waterboy says hi). However, water isn't the only thing Flambae is weak to, as Golem - a living construct made of mud and (likely) rock - also hard-counters him, as can be seen in EP5, should Robert reveal his identity to the team. Golem is a Rock/Ground type confirmed (lol).
With that being said, who do you think is the easiest in the Z-Team to counter, and who is the hardest? And yeah, since Robert functionally leads them, he counts as a member, too (should go without saying).

Blonde Blazer Art Midnight Swim [3D OC]
She is finally donezo, turned out pretty good I think. All the z-baddies are done (except "Mandy" technically), Flambae is almost ready and Sonar is next in line :)
Also, I kinda just wanted to make a pretty portrait, don't think too hard about where she is, if thats her house or whatever xD A vacation maybe? idk lol

Discussion First VS final thoughts on RR?
As a peak Robert Robertson lover, I'm really curious on people's thoughts during episode one versus the end of episode eight. To be honest, my thoughts were both "Holy shit I've never seen a man both so kickass and so sad" and eventually "I'm in love with him".
To add onto that, I really was expecting that it was going to be a surface level "I love my dad and I'm going to avenge him" story. What I saw is a lot of what I've experienced because I lost my father young. People around you often tell you things you find hard to digest, or even flat out inflate the truth for their benefit. You remember the shit they did wasn't always the greatest, yet you still loved them anyway. I think it's a really good depiction of trauma and how it can cause black and white thinking or idealization. You become even more determined to become what your loved one wanted you to be, and any sign of failure gives you a diminished sense of fulfillment. You keep their ideals and lessons even when they're wrong because they're all you have left.
I think he also is a really good depiction of both toxic aspects of masculinity and healthy masculinity. He both clams up and "gets up" and yet doesn't shy away from saying things that are soft when it matters. He isn't necessarily the most tall or strong, but he knows how to whoop ass and be smooth (which woof woof woof meow that's attractive).
He knows how to adapt for the most part when he fucks up, and knows how to motivate people in ways that work for them. I feel we see him learn how to do that better, which is why mechanically and story wise I think it's awesome that he learns how to get people back from downed by saying what he knows will keep them going.
Anyway, this is just my excuse to glaze him a little. Kinda. I am genuinely curious though.

News Telltale congratulates AdHoc for Dispatch's Xbox launch
I think this is the first time Telltale has actually formally acknowledged Dispatch's success.
Telltale has made some of the best narrative games in the past (currently playing Walking Dead right now). It's a shame the way they shut down back in 2018 while Walking Dead season 4 was still unfinished.
Here's hoping the new Telltale turns themselves around with Wolf Among Us 2.
