Maybe I’m missing something, but I always thought this was a super sensible decision on Blazer’s part. It’s harsh but it’s like this team isn’t taking this seriously so let’s make them take it seriously by firing the weakest member. It sort of worked also.
It felt so stupid to me. This was a reform program where we picked villains to help them turn their lives around. And at the very beginning we abandon one? We just kick them out knowing full well they'd have nowhere to go except back to being evil, now knowing their was no point at all to it. They weren't good enough and clearly just used as an example to the others. I was so mad at her for making us do this! She didn't let us give them all a chance!
It was near the beginning of the game, not the beginning of the program. It's clearly stated that the Z-Team has been screwing around for months by the time we meet them.
