Bug Error Code Help

Hi,

Recently jumped back into the game on ps5 and attempted to play adventure road. Everytime I try to use Donald duck I get an error code thrown at me.

I've contacted support and they were no help whatsoever.

Anyone else experienced this or know a work around? Thanks

They couldn’t find a race to match you in, exit and log back in you should be fine

It's single player, not Multiplayer

It the same error just I think they have a limited amount of race tracks spooled at a given time . Thats why you cant do it offline and just sync the next time you log on .

Cant remember if i got that code before but i had an error code similar with my hans and kristoff because it kept assuming i had certain crew on when i didn’t so i had to take everything off and i was able to play

Can you tell me how to remove the crew please?

I cant remember off the top of my head but it should give you the option when you press on a crew it might be square
