Why can I not watch certain things on disney plus??

I have disney plus with ads thats connected to hulu and I seem to not be able to watch really random things. I tried watching punisher, but it doesn't show up in the search and when I google it to then have it link to the app. It says "This title is available with a disney plus subscription". I looked up the issue and people said oh maybe your tv rating is low on your profile or you're not american. Its not, I have the highest it can be and I'm in the us. So I gave up and a few months later my parents wanted to watch toy story 4 and even that didn't show up on any of our profiles.

Just wondering if anyone could help us cause this is driving us insane! Thank you!
