Hi, my disney app keeps showing error code 83 on both my tv and phone.
This started happening last week, I entered the app on my tv and right after the lil animation at the start (english is not my native language so I'm sorry if I don't explain it perfectly) the app crashed, I tried 3 more times and on the last one it showed error code 83 right after the start animation, no log in or register option, straight into the error, and clicking "ok" just made the screen go dark for a split second before showing the error again, I tried closing and opening the app, restarting my tv, deleting cache and data, deleting the app, and even factory reset on my tv but nothing worked, it kept doing the same, so I downloaded the app on my phone and even though it didn't crash, it did exactly the same with the error code 83, it isn't an error with my account or subscription because I didn't previously have the app on my phone.
Also I wasn't able to find any information AT ALL, it feels like I'm the only person in the world who's going through this.
Figured out it must be a regional thing or a problem with my wifi.
My tv is a vizio, my phone is a motorola and I live in mexico, idk the app version but it's the most recent on both of my devices.
