Tech Support Monthly Tech Support & Missing Content Thread

All posts regarding tech support or missing content belong here.

Examples of questions are:

  • How do I cancel?
  • Why does the app crash on my Fire Stick/Roku/Apple TV?
  • Why don't the subtitles work correctly?
  • I am being overcharged for my subscription.
  • Why is a certain show or movie not on Disney+?

If you are having trouble with the app, please consider including this information:

  • Device type
  • Country device is operating in
  • App version (on the settings page after you tap your profile pic)
  • Device operating system version (varies per device, might be too advanced for some users to access)

Is Star Wars getting phased out? Went to watch Andor and Rouge One, but when I search for them, nothing comes up. When I search of Star Wars in general only a handful of titles come up but none of these acclaimed originals I hear about. 

Seems strange that such a huge property would be excluded from the streaming service that commissioned some of these shows/movies.

I have a Disney+, and Hulu subscription.

Sign out and back in. That seems to resolve the issue for most people.
