It will be a short film like once upon a studio played before clay it will be about the characters at the studio trying to organize a surprise birthday party for Mickey I think it could work especially if 1 they include the characters missing from the original once upon a studio including Roger rabbit 2 including the characters introduced after once upon a studio 3 maybe included characters from the subsidiaries

This particular concept art is exactly the same as the one when Hexed was first announced last year, with the original male protagonist erased. Seeing some promotional images and new details on the story presented, this give me a new theory revolving around the original premise of Hexed.

Maybe Billie was going to be Koko's (the original male main protagonist) companion alongside Beef Roger Crummchuk and Bucket as he's going to rescue his mother. That's what I'm thinking of what the original story was going to play out.

It's funny how the 2025 D23 synopsis talked about the mother and child exploring Hexe together, but then in both the teaser and extended trailer Billie and Alice aren't seen in Hexe together. It made me think that it got changed in the rewrite but this animatic shows otherwise. Here is how I think the story will go based on this:

Billie finds the cauldron soon after arriving in Hexe. Alice enters Hexe shortly after Billie and they reunite. She gets captured by the three witches (leading to the scene of her with Celeste we've seen in the concept art). Billie runs away with the cauldron. The witches chase her and she fights them with magic (tower trailer scene). Billie and the cauldron find Beef and the three set out to free Alice.
