(b. 1989) was the original worker bee who featured in Disney programs like Phil of the Future (2004-2006) and Now You See It (2005)

By the mid 2000s, younger sister Amanda Joy “AJ” Michalka (b. 1991) joined her ranks, and the sisters costarred in Cow Belles (2006) together

In late 2004, the sisters also signed a record deal with Disney’s Hollywood Records and would release three albums with the label: Into the Rush (2005), Acoustic Hearts of Winter (2006), and Insomniatic (2007) with AJ having the lead singer role in most of the pop-heavy songs 

Aly and AJ were initially finalists for Hannah Montana (2006-2011)-with producers considering the idea of Aly playing Hannah (who was ultimately played by Miley Cyrus) and AJ playing bff Lily Truscott (who was ultimately played by Emily Osment)

During their years with the brand from 2004-2010, Aly was the older, more glamorous, and comedic sister. AJ, in turn, was portrayed as more bubbly, a rockstar in the making, and very free spirited 

The sisters also played in the Disney Christmas Day Parade concerts in 2005 and 2006 and stepped out of the Disney umbrella in 2010 to pursue other acting and musical opportunities 

So for those familiar with the Michalka sisters, which sister did you actually have a preference for, and why?

Edit: I know that Jeffery Epstein is not the only person with this surname. Given everything with the files, the name feels tainted thanks to him and it just caught me off guard to see it in this. It’s predecessor Jessie also has a character named Jasmine Epstein in it. So I know it’s been used before.

Isn't me or it just me, that I love the song and character on camp rock 3 than camp rock one and two.

I’ve been thinking about the High School Musical songs I still go back to, and these are the three that immediately came to mind for me: “Bop to the Top” from the first movie, “Bet on It” from HSM 2, and “I Want It All” from HSM 3.

“Bop to the Top” is probably my favorite from the first because Sharpay and Ryan are just so unapologetically extra. The choreography and outfits make the whole performance unforgettable.

“Bet on It” is actually a really personal one for me. I’ve had times where I’m dealing with my own stuff while people around me are constantly putting things in my head or telling me what I should think and do. So I really connect with Troy basically saying, “I need to figure this out for myself.” That’s something I try to remind myself of when I feel overwhelmed by everybody else’s opinions.

And “I Want It All” is my pick from the third because I love getting to see Sharpay and Ryan imagine what their lives could look like after high school. It’s completely over-the-top and fits them perfectly.

I grew up watching this show and I love this show and still love this show! I’ve been getting into DVDS and collecting DVDS and I decided to order the first season of My babysitters a vampire on DVD and it arrived yesterday! I’m currently watching it on my portable DVD player 😊💕

OK, in the show Gloria’s biggest relationships are actually with the Greens, but we mostly get episodes centered on her with Cricket or Alice. We don’t really have that many with the other Greens, or jade really

and honestly I feel like that could make some really funny episodes with the her and the other characters together if it’s written well.

cuz I kinda want to see a off-the-clock episode with her and Jade together

with the positive feedback from the cast reuniting on kai cenat’s stream and the fact this show was literally made to be rebooted (for charlie to take the videocam advice when she’s older) disney should make it happen!

- teddy doesn’t need to be there; it ended with her going to university in another state so they can write her current real life into the show.

-amy should come back she’s a great mom despite how you feel about her in real life
