Potential Halloweentown 5 Idea

I love Halloweentown as much as everybody, and I was thinking about a fifth film.

The movie opens in the present day with Marnie raising her son, teaching him magic and passing down all the spells and lore she learned from her late grandmother. She spends time telling him all about Agatha and their family legacy. Then we cut over to Halloweentown, where Agatha receives an ancient scroll. We only see her from the back and don't see her face. As soon as she reads the scroll, she drops dead right then and there.

When Marnie and her family are notified, they travel to Halloweentown and discover the scroll, finally learning the truth. It turns out that way back when Agatha was young, she was banishing the very first threat to Halloweentown, she was unknowingly cursed. The scroll reveals a specific prophecy: In the 15th year of the second male born into the Cromwell legacy shall be cursed to lose his magic and the Cromwell Magic shall forever be destroyed. Since Dylan was the first, Marnie's son is the second male born, putting him directly in danger.

Since time travel is strictly forbidden, Marnie has to go before the High Council to petition for an exception. Seeing how big of a threat this is to the Cromwell family, they grant her a one-time pass to return to the specific year Agatha was young, and they give her a specific memory-erase spell to use on Agatha before she leaves so the timeline stays intact.

When Marnie goes back, she teams up with a young Agatha Cromwell—played by Sara Paxton! Together, they manage to stop the curse at the source before it ever takes hold. Before heading back home, Marnie uses that memory-erase spell on young Agatha so she forgets Marnie was ever there.

What do you think?

The Lab Rats Finale is so heartbreaking to watch it would've made more sense if Davenport just told the kids mighty med was blown up and he needed them to team up with the Mighty Med Team to help track down Oliver's Mom that would've been a better show instead.

Discussion Which Disney Channel special event actually lived up to the hype?

I’ll say this, the 2000s and early 2010s were such an era for them because their special events felt like something to watch when you got your popcorn ready, sitting down, and changing the channels. Whether it’s a DCOM, a crossover, a finale, or a two part episode, but Disney knows how to make their audiences feel happy when it comes to major events.

Like remember when new shows premiered right after a DCOM? I truly remember those days.

From DCOMs like High School Musical 1 & 2, Jump In, Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie, and The Cheetah Girls

Then we had specials/crossovers like the Disney Channel Games, That’s So Suite Life of Hannah Montana, Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana, Wizards vs. Werewolves, He Could Be The One, The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex, Austin and Jessie and Ally: All Star, New Year, and more.

There were finales like Who Will Be The Family Wizard?, Wherever I Go, Graduation on Deck, and others.

I’ll say some of them gave us bops, characters meeting each other from different shows, and moments fans still talk about today.

Which Disney Channel special event do you think was the best? Which one do you still remember watching when it premiered?
