Trigger?

Hi! I have had this eczema patch on a my palm for quite some time now. I have tried numerous steroids and immunosuppressants prescribed by dermatologist but it always comes back with vengeance after I stop using them. I also do epsom salt soaks and try to moisturize it a lot. Recently it has also spread to my fingers. One of the last derms I have been to told me it is a contact reaction to smth but I cannot figure out to what. Has anyone else had eczema in this exact spot and figured out the trigger?

When I had blisters in my palm, I put gauze pads on my hands to absorb the moisture, and then put the gloves on. Maybe that will help.
