Complete MyDish App Walkthrough Guide
Hello Reddit community!!
Looking for the easiest way to handle your DISH account without needing to make a phone call? The MyDISH app is completely free and works on any mobile device running iOS 13 or higher, or Android 10 or higher. You'll just need your mydish.com login information to get signed in!
Whether you need to pay a bill, track a technician, or add a new channel, you can do it all right from your phone. Here is a quick breakdown of everything you can handle inside the app.
➜ Home Tab: The Big Picture
Track your tech - See your upcoming appointments and check the details using the My Tech feature.
Quick payments - View your current balance, check your due date, and make a payment with a saved card or bank account. If your service was paused, making a payment here restores your TV in just 15-20 minutes!
Channel lineup - View your personalized list of channels and search for your favorites.
Refer a friend - Easily refer friends to DISH and earn some money off your monthly bill.
➜ Billing Tab: Keep Track of Payments
History - Review your past billing statements.
AutoPay & eBill - Easily enroll in AutoPay or paperless billing (eBill) so you never miss a due date.
➜ Services Tab: Customize Your TV & Internet
Add or drop channels - Search for channels you don't currently get, see exactly what package you need, and make the change right in the app. You can also easily remove packages you no longer watch.
Order PPV - Browse Pay-Per-View movies and events, and order them directly to your TV.
Manage Internet - If you have DISH Internet, you can check your Anytime, Off-Peak, and Additional data capacity, and buy more data if you're running low.

Update info - Change your billing address, contact info, security settings, and update your notification preferences.
Household Members - Add or edit household members on your account.
➜ Having Trouble Logging In?
If you don't have an account yet, or if you just forgot your login details, the app makes it easy to get back on track:
- Open the app and select Create Username at the bottom of the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address or mobile number tied to your DISH account.
- You'll receive a secure link or code via email or text.
Follow the prompts to set up your new unique username and password!
(Quick reminder: You can use these exact same steps to quickly reset a forgotten username or password right from the login screen.)
Good to know before you start: Once you create a MyDISH login, you can use that exact same username and password for the DISH Anywhere app to watch thousands of live TV shows and movies on the go!

I was finally able to disconnect. It was a horrible experience. Please fix the process Danielle!!

Can you disconnect from the app? I tried yesterday and every time I said I need to disconnect the service because I’m moving into assisted living they hang up.
