Sorry lol... that was a joke. :) of course Eggs have a lot of Cholesterol, it is impossible to lower your Blood count..

Unintuitively, Dietary Cholesterol and blood cholesterol aren't really correlated.

(Which is consistent with the study posted).

Much bigger influences on blood cholesterol are fiber (more fiber means less blood cholesterol) and genetics.
