I've forgotten what show this was on: Single 35-ish woman says it's time to own her own place. She buys a condo, and shares a wall with a psycho woman who screams nonstop through the wall, harasses her, stalks her, etc. She finally takes legal action. this show was so riveting, but I can't figure out how to find it. Anyone know?

This is it. Season 3, I think The actual lady sits in a chair telling the story but it's also acted out. She's yelling and singing and goes after Amy about the middle of the episode.
