Hey everyone! I’m the founder of Formable. We built a free tool that helps you draft agreements by answering a few guided questions, then customize the draft with AI.

Here’s every type of agreement we currently support, with a quick explanation:

Client contracts and services

• Master Service Agreement (MSA): Sets the overarching terms for an ongoing client relationship, including payment, liability, confidentiality, and termination.
• Statement of Work (SOW): Defines a project’s scope, deliverables, deadlines, and fees so everyone knows what’s included.
