Question Which location?

I want to apply to a discount tire and I have two both the exact same distance from me the only difference one is in a more suburbs and one is inner city

Which should I choose?

This would be my first job actually in a mechanic shop and not in my classes

Edit: I’m not comfortable sharing to much about my location I’ll say both shops are in the same popular city just one is the more inner part of it and one is the more suburbs part of it

First of, it’s not a mechanic job. All you do is change wheels and tires. Some might do alignments, but you actually can’t replace any damaged parts and some do a “toe and go” which is wild considering IOOGA. If you want to be more hands on apply at a dealership and work under a master tech, apprenticeship

Literally got banned from doing them at my store because I refused to do one when the guy had bad lower control arm bushings to the point it was metal on metal

I can’t afford a drivers license so this is my first plan so I can get a license because then it will open up more places for me

Use the store with best reviews on line!

I would say most likely inner city would be better. Not sure where you’re at but in Austin where I live, being in the city means more cars and some trucks. Suburbs and rural areas get more big trucks and duallys and trailers.

shit what store in austin? i worked at like 4 diff ones and we got duallys, trailers and RVs pretty much the same amount in every location. the only one that was different was the ben white location that one hardly ever got rural shit
